1. Create an Organization & Invite Your Team
One of the biggest features we’ve rolled out is the ability to create an organization on Paxton AI. This new functionality is designed to make collaboration with your colleagues easier than ever. Here’s how it works:
- Create an Organization: You can now convert your Paxton AI account into an organization by visiting the Manage Subscription section under your username. This transition unlocks a shared workspace for your entire team, where you can centralize your tools and resources.
- Invite Your Team: After setting up your organization, you can easily invite your colleagues to join. Once invited, your team members can collaborate with you on legal documents, cases, and projects within the shared environment.
- Shared Drive: As part of your organization, you’ll also gain access to a shared drive. This feature ensures everyone in your team has real-time access to important documents, making file sharing and collaboration seamless.

In addition to the new organization feature, we’ve also made several visual enhancements to the Paxton AI sidebar to improve usability and navigation:
- Cleaner User Interface: We’ve streamlined the sidebar’s layout to make it easier for you to find the tools and features you need, reducing clutter and improving overall efficiency.
- Improved Tool Placement: We’ve reorganized the sidebar by moving some features into the Tools section, putting Paxton AI’s most popular tools front and center. This update makes it quicker and easier to access the tools you rely on the most.
